The room was well-equipped, it had an electronic key card, a work desk and a TV set. Our bed was comfy. The location was absolutely perfect, not too far away from Petersberg Nordhausen. Located in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were genuinely helpful

We booked the triple room that was beautiful. The hotel's position was marvellous, right by railway station, Germany, and several restaurants.

Nicely decorated rooms, renovated bathrooms. Good variety for breakfast. Convenient location, opposite main train station on main street. Strong WiFi connection.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even offering a lovely welcome drink upon my arrival. The hotel had a wide array of amenities available, including pet amenities for those who are traveling with four-legged friends. Additionally, there were tours and ticket assistance provided, which made exploring the area incredibly easy. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with a spacious sitting area and a plush carpeted floor. The flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities added a touch of luxury, and the terrace provided a peaceful spot to relax. I cannot recommend this place enough for its top-notch service, convenient location, and luxurious amenities.

We also found it convenient that the hotel is located next to the railway station, making it easily accessible for travelers arriving by train or bus. Additionally, having a supermarket across the road was a convenient feature.

If I were to suggest improvements, it would be beneficial to have some additional amenities in the room, such as tea/coffee making facilities, an iron, and a mini bar fridge. Furthermore, the lack of air conditioning or fans in the room made it uncomfortable during the hot summer weather.
